Command Competence training bulletins focus on fire dynamics, strategy and tactics, and command skills. The first two training bulletins of 2025 focus on mayday communications, providing an excellent framework to develop members skills in calling a mayday and the IC’s skills in responding to the mayday. These training bulletins are excellent preparation for May’s 10-Minute Training tactical decision games which will also focus on maydays.
